Abraham Lincoln was born on February 12, 1809 in Hodgenville, Kentucky. He is best known for his immense impact in leading our nation through a civil war and for ultimately abolishing slavery.
On September 17, the Center for American Studies at Christopher Newport University will hold a presentation of "A Conversation with President Lincoln and Judge Douglas."
