Philip Kayman

Philip Kayman is the retired founding partner of the Chicago law firm of Neal Gerber & Eisenberg LLP. During his 40 year legal career, he concentrated his practice in corporate and real estate transactions with a particular emphasis in hotel transaction.
He has previously taught in the Graduate School of Business of Dominican University, a small private university in suburban Chicago. He currently serves on a variety of private corporate and not-for-profit boards. Mr. Kayman received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
