Forum on Liberty and the American Founding
The Forum on Liberty and the American Founding is a monthly reading group for CCU undergraduates interested in advanced readings in political theory and American politics. For Fall 2024, the topic of our meetings is The Right to Vote. Each meeting will consist of readings/discussion on the expansion of suffrage over time. We will also be inviting a visiting speaker, in consultation with JMC.
The mission of the Cincinnatus Center is to study, discuss, and promote civic education, civic virtue, and traditions of political and economic thought within Coastal Carolina University and the greater Conway and Myrtle Beach communities.
