Constitutional Interpretation & Civic Leadership in Polarized Times

On September 27 at 3:30 pm, JMC Scholars Drew Kurlowski and Kimberly Hurd Hale (Coastal Carolina University) will present a Constitution Day lecture at Jacksonville State University on “Constitutional Interpretation & Civic Leadership in Polarized Times.”

Dr. Kimberly Hurd Hale and Dr. Drew Kurlowski join the campus for a conversation about constitutional interpretation and civic leadership in polarized times. While these two experts have different political opinions, they co-direct the Cincinnatus Center, which studies, discusses, and promotes civic education, civic virtue, and traditions of political and economic thought. 

This event is on Friday, September 27, from 3:30-5:00 pm CDT. It is a hybrid event. By registering, you can attend physically or virtually. The physical event is in Room 350 of Mason Hall at Jacksonville State University. The virtual event is through a live stream on YouTube.
