The Politics Department held its annual barbecue dinner celebrating Constitution Day on Sunday, September 18th.   After a BBQ dinner, an address by Dr. David Upham, Associate Professor of Politics, titled "A Time to Rejoice.  A Time to Reflect."    The address was followed by the singing of patriotic American songs.
