The Institute for Religion, Politics, and Culture at Washington College works to help strengthen the Constitutional IQ of MidShore youth and citizens to better understand the blessings of the freedoms our Founding Fathers secured for all Americans. Our intent is to foster citizen engagement for a better understanding of everyone’s rights and obligations under the U.S. and Maryland Constitutions.
Join Washington College at the courthouse lawn in Easton Maryland for a public event commemorating Constitution Day. A time for the whole community to reflect on the lasting value of our Constitution, and the rights and responsibilities the Constitution enshrines. Free ice cream, games for the whole family, and special guest speakers. Follow up events on the Washington College campus will take place throughout the fall.
