Did you know? Delaware has no sales tax and is well-known in the business world for its clear and up-to-date approach to corporate law. Over 60% (!) of Fortune 500 companies are incorporated in Delaware.

What’s in a name? Delaware was named after English settler and first governor of Virginia, Thomas West, the Lord De La Warr.
