On Thursday, September 24th, Charles Warren Professor of American History at Harvard University James Kloppenberg will speak at Columbia University’s Center for American Studies on the topic: “‘Toward Democracy’: The Struggle for Self-Rule in European and American Thought.” This event will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in 523 Butler Library.
