Kevin Cooney is the Director of Business Development at Global Business Resources and Visiting Professor at Ritsumeikan Pacific University. Prior to this, he was a Professor of Business and Director of the Pacific Rim Center at Northwest University. Dr. Cooney taught marketing and management at the University of Florida. He received his PhD in international relations from Arizona State University.
