Edward Whelan is the President of Ethics and Public Policy Center and co-editor of Scalia SpeaksChristopher Scalia is the author and co-editor of Scalia Speaks. Rachel E. Barkow is the Segal Family Professor of Regulatory Law and Policy and Faculty Director of the Center on the Administration of Criminal Law at the New York University Law School. Matthew J. Franck is the Director of the William E. and Carol G. Simon Center on Religion and the Constitution. He is also Professor Emeritus of Political Science at Redford University.
