National Constitution Center to Expand Civic Literacy Programming

With a grant from the John Templeton Foundation (whose generous support makes possible JMC’s Commercial Republic Initiative), the National Constitution Center will expand its programming in civic education – to include traveling town hall debates; national essay, playwriting, and curriculum development contests; a nonpartisan Interactive Constitution on the web, and more.

The impressive undertaking is being overseen by the NCC’s Coalition of Freedom Advisory Board, which includes JMC’s own Pamela Edwards.
